ANNUAL HOA DUES ARE PAYABLE BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025:  The Blackhawk Homeowner’s Association dues are $120 for 2024, are due & payable between 1 January – 30 March 2024.  After March 30, dues increase to $140.

TRIM YOUR TREES - Please be sure that your trww branches that overhang the sidewalks are trimmed back with at least 8' of overhead clearance for safety and visibility.

 

2025 BLACKHAWK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETINGS - The Blackhawk Homeowner's Association meetings are held at Scooters Coffee at 22nd & Capehart Rd or at the Blackhawk Park Pavillion subject to weather conditions.  Specific meeting dates, times and locations will be posted on our Facebook Group page.
