HOA Dues

Our annual dues are $100 payable each year beginning January1st.  In 2020 we will implement a tiered late fee structure.  Payments made after May 1, 2020, will be assessed a $20 late fee increasing the dues to $120.00. If payment is made after September 1, 2020, an additional $20 late fee will be added increasing the dues to $140.00.  The dues are used for the maintenance of our park and common areas as well as neighborhood betterment projects such as the installation and maintenance of our neighborhoods street name and stop signs.  Our Association Board meets bi-monthly March thru October and all residents are encouraged to attend our meetings to meet your neighbors and discuss matters important to our neighborhood.

Trash Service

Basic trash and recycling service is provided to our residents theough the City of Bellevue. More information is available HERE 

Law Enforcement

Blackhawk is part of the City of Bellevue so we receive law enforcement services from the Bellevue Police Department (402) 593-4111.  For emergencies always call 9-1-1.

Snow Removal

All snow removal services for our streets and park trail are are provided by the Bellevue Public Works Department.  Please contact them at (402) 293-3025 with any questions or concerns.
